Can No Longer Download Anything From My Account.

Daz has done something weird again.
I just tried to access my account - seemed to work until I tried to find my downloads - then I saw it had been replaced with "Downloadable Products" which dosen't take you to your downloads list, but to an advert for Daz.

Please can someone restore my downloads list to my account???

Or at least tell me where it's been hidden?

What do you mean when you say it takes you to an advert? At best it should have a small advertisement at the top of the page for the Daz Install Manager, at worst you'll be greeted by the EULA which you need to agree to (though that might have since been changed). If you're able, post a screenshot (blur out any visible personal details as necessary) of the problem so we can help further.

Unfortunately I didn't take a screen shot, and now I can't find that page again.
Now on trying "Downloadable Products" I do get my downloads list, not the advert.

    That's really weird!

But it was definitely an advert for Daz stuff, I think it was the Daz Home page, but I should have taken a screen shot when I had it up the first time, I'm waiting for a telephone engineer so my mind is a bit distracted.

    Sorry.
But thanks for the amazingly fast reply, I'd barely finished typing it when your reply popped up.

AS HoF says you are taken to the EULA, which you click to accept. This is because of the current move to change all downloads to zip files.

Previously you accepted the EULA every time you used and installer exe.

Once DAZ 3D has finished the conversion to zips you accept just once before downloading, as the EULA isn't included in the zips.

During the conversion process there is a need to have both methods for a while.

Will that be every time you access the download page?

Currently it seems that the EULA page only pops up the first time you access the download page (after this redirect has been added), after that you won't see it again. At least that how it works for me - it popped up once, since then I haven't seen it anymore.

Ehm ... first accept the EULA, then go to Itemized Order History to reset those you want to download - those will then show up in My Downloadable Products.
    Hope this helps.

Correct one log in does all although if you actually log out it may come back next time you log in, it did for me when I checked after clearing cache etc.

Thanks, I have done that already though, my point was that the EULA only popped up the first time I tried to open the download page, I haven't seen it since.

Yes, it's cookie based, so logging out, clearing cookies and so on will probably bring it back...

Well just tried to log out, clear cache and delete all cookies, and then log in again. No EULA when I try to access the download page. So maybe they have changed it - or it depends on who you are, like with different other things.

It looks more like it's account based to me. The first time I used my own downloader it crashed because of the EULA because it expects to get the download page instead, however after I accepted the EULA in IE, it works fine again.

Well what I meant by "changed" is that they may have changed it so you only see the EULA once when you access the download page, instead of every time you have logged in after having been logged out (which was what Cho seemed to have experienced).

I only got it the once, when I had logged out and cleared everything. Now I just go straight to downloads whatever I do.

Same here. I don't know if the EULA says that if you accept it it will apply to all future downloads, but if it does it should be enough with just seeing it once I guess.

    It is account based.
You see it once - and again if they change something.
Some people accepted the "old new" EULA (with that sentence about deleting old stuff) and had to accept the "new new" EULA when that sentence was deleted.
