WHAT THE HELL DAZ3D!!!

I have been a User since 2002, and it is UNFORTUNATE to see DAZs' ONCE Stellar Support become what it is today, NON-EXISTENT. I am TOTALLY Beside my self after speaking to a REP on the Phone to hear, she cant answer my question or transfer me to a MANAGER. REALLY DAZ? REALLY? i guess sales isnt your forte any longer? Shame On YOU

    Did not know they still offered phone support. Thought they took that away months ago...Surprised anyone picked up for you at all!

    yeah and i am SORRY they did PICK up, so UNHELPFUL, not teh DAZ i remember back in 2002-2007 thats for sure
