Can I make a copy of a character skin, alter it in Photoshop, and save it under a different name?

I would like to change the eyebrows on some of the skins to look more natural but I don't want to replace the originals. If I alter a copy of the skin in Photoshop, how do I use the altered skin? Is there a tutorial for this somewhere?

It is quite possible to do this. Simply save the altered skin as a jpg, with a slightly different name to the original.

Be aware that this can only be used by you, it is not allowed to distribute the altered skin to anyone else.

You then apply it by hand to your figure in the mat room, or whatever it is called in the progran you are using. In Poser it is the mat room, I am not quite sure what it is called in DS.

It is in the surfaces tab in DS. Select Genesis in the scene tab, then open the surfaces tab.
