Download Links for Mac Products Hosed - Please Fix It!!!

The 13522_FantasyWrapGenesis_1.4_trx.zip - mac link in my downloadable files area is pointing to the PC file. Would appreciate a quick fix on this DAZ.

Same thing on the Galactic Corps Defender - Poser Companion - Mac link. Aargggghhhhh.

Same thing on the 15672_WolfKingforGenesisMalePoserCF_v1.0_dpc.zip - Poser CF - MAC link. This is now getting a bit irritating. :-/

    I'm pretty sure the web team doesn't come to the forum, so they won't see your post. You probably would get better help if you took out a support ticket listing which files aren't linked properly for Mac users.

    That said, I think the "zip" files for products are supposed to be usable by PC and Mac users, or are you saying that the link says "zip" but it's actually an "exe" file that gets downloaded?

    We are told that this has now been fixed, so if you reset you should get the correct files now

    Galactic Corps Defender - Poser Companion this has been fixed.

    Fantasy Wrap 1.4 in the Classics Bundle for Genesis the Mac link still downloads the Mac file. I've filed a bug reort on that just a few minutes ago.

    The Wolf King Mac problem I reported to support yesterday, along with it having no Legacy files. Support has fixed the link on it.

    The Legacy installers have now been removed from Lord of the Wolves.

    When a link downloads the wrong file a support ticket and mention the sku of the product when you do so. Also,check and let support know if the PC file link is working. Often the Mac and PC files get switched. If the files got switched file a support ticket on that. Support is very good at getting the links fixed quickly when they know a problem exists.

    If the product is part of a bundle, mention the sku of the bundle and the separate product. Sometimes the bundle link is going to the correct link in the individual product, but the individual product has the wrong file and needs to be fixed.

    DAZ has fixed the Mac link for Fantasy Wrap for Genesis in the Classics Bundle for Genesis (sku: 13519).

    The same problem was also in the with the Mac link in the separate Fantasy Wrap for Genesis (sku: 13522) product.. DAZ fixed that also.
