How to handle discrepancies between DIM, Order History and 'Purchased Button"

Let start by saying the download manager is great. I like the way the 'Add to Cart' button shows purchased items.

Also, just to be clear, I am only using the as a download manager and have only been downloading my recent purchases. I have not used the software as an installer.

But how do we handle discrepancies in the various sources?

I have found Items in my order history that shows as 'purchased" on the promo page, but not in DIM.
I have found items in my order history that shows as not purchased on the promo page and in the DIM.
And (as you might guess) Items in order history that shows 'purchased' but do not show up in the DIM.

Granted the percentage is small, but none the less, the discrepancies exist.

I have noted that some previous items in one or more of the above situations have seemed to sort themselves out. But not all.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Agree it is a great tool :)

However not all content is converted for use with DIM, so it s correct you can not see all content from you're history. in the last few days i'm getting about 4 to 5 products added to DIM. Products that i really need but are not converted yet, i install them to a temporary content folder and delete it after there converted.

In regard to the site purchase button, i saw several threads about it . Maybe these will have some more answers. From what i understand there still some issues with that one.

Glad to know I am not crazy (or crazier than usual). Guess I I just have to wait and keep an eye on the listing until it all gets to work through the list. It does seem to be a strange pattern.

Problem I have is that I need patience... and I want it NOW!!!
