Product download pending question

I got the free reflect me product yesterday and when I went to download it, it says pending. So I came back today to download it and it still says pending. Is it because I need to download and install the new install manager? Or is something up with the downloads? I have never had a pending notice before, and I don't really want to use the install manager. Thanks for any help

    Try resetting it in your Itemized Order history.

    Rest your downloads for it. That will fix it.

    I'm having similar problems today, too.
    Upon reset, the download fails and marks the status expired after a single try.
    Anyone else having issues downloading today?
