Semi broken Daz upgrade help

I recently have returned to Daz and downloaded the latest version and installed it to a different location on another drive as space constraints forced me into it. Upon loading Daz I do not have any of my old Genesis items, not even Genesis itself; there is nothing in the Smart Content tab area and I cannot load a new Genesis figure. Any advice on fixing this?

Did you install Genesis Starter Essentials? Since 4.5 the included content is a separate installer from the application.
