If the sale is "All Items UNDER $5...."

Shouldn't the prices actually be "under" $5, and not $5 exactly?

Like, technically, $4.99 instead of $5?

    The "Value Items" sale says that all items are under $5. Before logging in as a PC member, the prices on many of the items WAS $5, not UNDER. I mean, most of the ones I saw.

    Of course, when I logged in, the prices were all significantly lower, but the ad saying "under' and the price being "at" got my attention.

    I guess it should be "under $5 for PC members, but everyone else it's $5", but that would take too much space. ;-P

    Non-PC members are charged $5, PC members get either $2.99 or $1.99.

    The ads still say "ALL ITEMS UNDER $5" so they're wrong.
