Render multiple scenes

I think I have a stupid qustion but I really hope that there is a way for this.

So because I need a lot of renders and I don't have enough time to stay and wait for them to finish then start another one, I am curious if there is by chance any way to prepare for example 10 scenes and let the render over night or something. One after another.

Yes, there's a product in the store called batch renderer for DS 4 and rib (https://www.daz3d.com/batch-render-for-daz-studio-4-and-rib ) it will use the scenes saved settings unless you tell it not too and it will also use the camera/view the scene was last saved with so make sure your view is set to whichever camera you want to use before saving the scene

And lastly, even though this product came out before Iray, it does work with Iray as the render engine :)

Thank you very much. It's exactly what I needed

  • I had the same "stupid" question, which isn't so stupid. I wonder why such a basic option is not addet to DAZ Studio? Thank you, Kaotkbliss! At least i can buy it...

There’s also a similar product by Dimension3D on Rendo which works extremely well for me. Supports Iray just fine. Search “batch” and it should come up.

Part of what keeps the core program free is that the extended functionality is made available to the user base. While Poser includes a fair physics engine, a hair room, a cloth setup room, a render queue for this exact situation, and a fairly robust built-in morphing tool, it's also a lot of money.
