No dynamic clothing tab

The manual says that there is a Dynamic Clothing tab, but it doesn't show up in Window > Panes(Tabs). I have the latest version of DAZ Studio 4.5 Pro, so maybe that has something to do with it?
EDIT: Actually, never mind. For some reason, the DLL in the plugins folder was dzoptitexclothbasic.dll.basic instead of dzoptitexclothbasic.dll. Possible bug?

    That means you had installed the Control plug-in at soem point - it renames the basic plug-in to avoid conflicts.

    The tab shows up now, but for some reason the dynamic clothing isn't conforming to the figure, even when I fit the rig to it.

    Is it made for the figure you are using? Dynamics won't AutoFit. Some items are not designed to be fitted - instead you start with the figure in its zero pose in frame 0, apply your pose in a later frame and use a dynamic drape.
