Installed Freak 5 - Dial Missing when using DSON Importer with Poser Pro 2012

I purchased the new Freak 5 for Genesis expecting to see a "Freak 5" dial for the Genesis figure after using DSON Importer.

Only the original Freak 4 dial exists and there is no trace of a Freak 5 dial in the Actor list.

I correctly installed both the Companion file for Poser and the trx file for DAZ Studio.

Has anyone resolved this issue?

So it's not under Actor > Male > Fantasy/Sci Fi? That's where it is in mine.

    Nope.

Only the "Freak 4" dial shows up.

I have it in Poser 9. But then again I am using the original DSON importer, have not updated yet since the one and only time I did, it broke and I had to re-install the first version.

Find the "\data\DAZ 3D\Genesis\Base\Morphs\DAZ 3D" folder in the location where you installed the "trx" files, and see if the Freak 5 folder is there.

I want to thank everyone for their suggestions.

I found the problem - the new DAZ Install Manager appears to have a serious bug and fails to install DAZ content fully.

Even though DAZ Install Manager indicates a successful installation, it misses entire directories during the install process.

Oh well, you have more work to do DAZ to get Install Manager working properly. Back to manual installs for the time being.

What folders are you finding not being installed? I'm seeing all the Freak 5 folders after installing with Install Manager.

It sounds as if you may have installed the Poser Companion Files but not the core files.

Which version of Poser? There have been a few hiccups with Python in the new P10/Pro 2014.
