Dynamic clothing plug-in

I've heard a rumor that there was a plug in being developed that would make all clothing potentially dynamic.  Is this still happening?

    At least one PA is/was working on a dynamics plug-in.

    Now that is exciting news, especially if the "is/was" is leaning significantly towards the "is".

    I can guess who it might be but I don't think it's the VWD author could be wrong, lol not the 1st time.

    VWD offers a bridge (as does ZBrush, with credible rumours that ZB RR8 will have some kind of cloth draping engine). You cana lso use Blender (or any other draping engine, such as Marvellous Designer) via OBJ export/import as morph.
