Again the shop system is wasting my time!
I am fed up with the new shop system already -- I thought, it would be getting better ... but today I tried to buy some products ... but
I just can't download my products. The download page is dicing the files around. Everytime I click, it shows a different order of the product files and when I try to start a download it just says that the download is not available!
What is wrong with this ****NEW**** shop system???? I am fed up! They had now one year to get it right and it still sucks totally!!!!
Many functions of the old system are still missing and it just does not work at all! (e.g. The old system had a means to find every product that build upon one product or needs it -- in the new system, even the search is not able to find such products --- I today had an example where I did find an alternative texture pack just by chance -- the rotten search found nope!)
@DAZ: Get it right, or go back to the old system! I even regret now, that I started PC again (your new shop system was the reason I stopped it in the first place!).

Can you show some screen shots of what you are experiencing, as I cannot reproduce anything like you are experiencing, and no one else has reported anything similar.
It seams, again I am the only stupid person in the list of DAZ customers!
OK, as nobody will believe me without "proof" -- I will try to deliver some!
I snapshotted 4 pictures of the shop system. I did not do any buy inbetween the snapshots (I am not that stupid! to buy again from a shop system that makes me look bad!)
You can see, that when I click again on downloadable products, the order is different. Different products are shown as first ones. When I search the product I want to download and press I always get this message "Not available".
@DAZ: DON'T MAKE ME LOOK STUPID!!
To you others: If you don't get this --- BE HAPPY, that DAZ don't makes YOU look stupid!
PS: Ok, DAZ does again make me look stupid, it also cycles the order of my pictures .... (1 is now on the 3rd position, .... but it might cycle again, when I press post)
This is very strange. At this point I think the only advice we can give you is to file a support ticket using the Zendesk system.
Maybe you should try buying something today. I will not buy anything again here, until this is resolved.
I also will cancel my PC subscription again, when DAZ is not stopping make me look stupid. This crappy shopping system is the totally worst I have ever experienced!

Ok, this came at the same time of my post.
Yes, I have done that. But I don't think that I get an answer for two or three days at least. Also I can not download my products at the moment and no trick works.
Ok, some of the files I got via the DIM. But some older files are not available yet via DIM.
Ah, you are using DIM, that could explain some of it. I haven't stuck my toe in that water yet, so can't confirm how it affects the available downloads in the list as I don't know.
AS always DAZ 3D Customer service will get round to your ticket as soon as possible, they are very good.
I tried out DIM for some time now. I did not get any troubles yet, even when I used normal downloads in parallel (what I normally use -- DIM was just for trying).
I used DIM today, since I could not get any of my 10 products downloaded. With DIM I also get only 5 or so -- I guess the others are to old.
Also yesterday I also bought downloaded 10 or more products, but no trouble at all. Since the shop system made no bigger troubles for several months now (beside being really crappy, uninformative and still much less useful as the previous one) I believed it would get better ...
But I was wrong!
