Can't get into Members Only forum.

I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble getting into the member's only forum?
Currently I can't get in nor does it show on the listing of Home/Forum Home/General/
I was just wondering if it was a glitch or had I been banned for some reason?

well you show as a member only, not a platinum club member in your profile so either a glitch in your renewal payment or a site glitch.
I suggest you contact Zendesk, I had issues twice last month due to changing to annual and not being recognized by the site, inspite of having my membership in subscriptions, Britney Creek, bless her soul, got it sorted.
Get your support ticket in before the weekend.
This site is a white elephant alright but the Daz staff are great.
Thanks! I'll do it right now. It's a curious thing as it's another week before dues are due. In spite of all the changes I loved being a member of the Platinum Club.
The fix was lightning fast! I'm very pleased.
Thank you Joanie!
Thank you DAZ.
I know sometimes, software just acts up. No problem!
Glad you got it sorted :)
Good for you. Glad someone got their's taken care of. I have the same problem, and CS keeps asking for my order number, and I gave it, plus screenshots that show my membership not being expired for awhile and they STILL keep asking for the order number. I'm done trying to deal with customer supports. Good luck to anyone else having this problem. I do hope yours gets sorted as well as quietrob's
I opened two tickets. One to get back the extra paid before they dropped the price of the value category items. I asked for a store credit. This was taken care of within 24 hours of getting my request.
The second ticket was for the PC. That was handled within 24 hours as well.
Mistakes happen. Software glitches. What's important is what happens afterward and I was treated as if I were important. That's big for me. People complain bitterly when there are screw-ups (as is their right, though there is no excuse for rudeness) so they should also get some love when things are done properly.
I'm don't know why they haven't taken care of you yet if you filled out all the fields and provided all of the information. Heck If I'm them, I set it so you must provide all of the information.
Let's bump it again. Perhaps one of the mods or customer service will see this. When did you send the request to Zendesk (the support system)?

Like I said, they asked for an order number and proof, which I provided, but apparentlyit's not enough. I'm not asking for money back. I just wanted my PC membership, which was not due to expire until this October, reinstated for the rest of the term I have. Now, though, I'm to the point I just don't care anymore and have no more plans to renew my membership. At least not until it seems they have everything working the way it should and get all the bugs out of their systems
