Taruru's Classroom Prop

I have ben trying to find Taruru's classroom prop for some time now. I need information on the user agreement. I want to know if there is a user agreement. Can it be used commercially? And where can I get a copy of the user agreement. Any help would be appreciated.

    Taruru's website has been gone since 2009...

    The Internet Archive has some snapshots, but only going back to November 2002, and that earliest snapshot indicates the classroom was available in June 2002.

    If you want to hunt through the snapshots and see whether the classroom was made available again, here's the link:

    I believe that Taruru died a few years ago, so any end-user agreement may be a matter of "honor." I will see if I can find one in my archives.
