Gen 4 Hand Poses With Genesis

As far as I can tell, the best approach is to leave limits on (at least on the thumb) and tweak as necessary when applying Michael and Victoria 4 hand poses to Genesis. As far as I can tell, however, there's always a fair amount of tweaking necessary, and one shouldn't expect good results right of the bat even if using something like posemaster to transfer the poses.

All that said, are there any good shortcuts for turning Gen 4 hand poses into Genesis hand poses that actually look right?

I've taken to simply using the pose controls. I get fast results with that and mostly exactly what I hoped for.

That's what I usually wind up doing, too, but I'm always eager for shortcuts and I have a bunch of Gen4 hand poses.

I'm tempted to just ERC some custom pose dials for the fingers and hands, as observing my own fingers suggest that there really ought to be poses for bending just the last two digits of each finger simultaneously. For the life of me, I can't bend the tip of any of my fingers independently of the second joint, and it seems like the only time it would make sense to move the tips independently would be if it was pressing against something or otherwise manipulated by something external.

Hmmm, I usually get good results and I turn limits off. the only issue i really see is with the end thumb part, the rest look fine. I guess we are expecting different results and looking at different poses.
