Daz Was "Down For Maintenance" Several Hours Last Night (after Midnight) Now Search Is Screwy

I've typed in five or six things and "no results found" from items that I OWN. Just tried two more- the Angie Lee Riae Bundle, no results, tried the Kay Bundle, no results. Anyone else used the search and had a no go since midnight?

There are hardly any search results coming up for me either. 'Michael' brings up nothing, but 'Victoria' takes me straight to the V5 Pro Bundle product page. Very strange.

There was maintenance scheduled for Saturday Night/Sunday Morning, so maybe it is not finished yet. The forum is working much better now though, and the DIM problems seem to have been fixed.

They're done with the maintenance- it had the stated two hour time period, and the site was actually down with the notice posted as to the reason why. They may have fixed things and broken others- the search was working fine for me an hour earlier (but I know what you mean, I use Google too when things don't show up. Haven't had to recently.)

The update messed up the search feature completely. A bug report has been submitted

Nice there is a thread. Yup, I'm doing some cross searches, or was, to figure out what I want to install next via DIM and well Jack Tomalin or Moon Gate would not produce any results. So I tried others, nope. Amazing! NOT! :coolmad:

I'm able to add to cart. Not sure what your problem can be

Servers and page refresh are like a fly in honey. Don't know what they did but they really botched this up badly! DIM is downloading like I'm dial up and I'm on a fast fiber optic DSL!

Nothing happens when you add to cart.

You hit the button and again and again
and there is nothing in the cart and the page does not respond.

Have you checked that the page is showing you as logged in, and that there's no error? Have you tried logging out and logging back in? I just added an item to my cart successfully.

...still get taken to an empty "Post New Reply" page after clicking "submit post". Still also taken to the forums login page every few postings even though I am already logged in.

In IE 9 many features have stopped working at all. Item previews in the Store open as Single posted Images now and the Cart does not work at all. I have No issues at all when using Chrome.

Yup. If I hit the back button and reply again it usually posts. Man, what did they do here??

...Not sure. I do the same thing and then it works like it should.

Back in the old Animaniacs cartoon show there was this little segment called Good Idea, Bad Idea. Seems this "upgrade" is definitely the latter case.

It's kind of like where I live, they changed two parallel streets between my neighbouirhood and downtown into one ways east and westbound to supposedly "improve" traffic flow, then installed a gauntlet of poorly timed traffic signals at each block (for ten blocks) which actually impede commute hour traffic more than before the redesign.

WE have a request from the web team

OK, search should be fixed -could you ask the people having add to cart issues to try again, and if it's still an issue we need more info as the DAZ web team cannot reproduce the issue

I am having problems still using the Add to Cart from the Product page, and also clicking on the My Cart option from the Product Page or the Product thumbnail page. Adding to cart works from the thumbnails, but I still cannot see what is in the cart using the My Cart option.

I just tried the My Cart option from the Forum here, and it took me straight to the Cart. Still does not work from the Store pages.

I will log out from the Store, and try again.

    EDIT:

Add to Cart now works from the thumbnail pages, but not from an individual Product Page. I also can not view My Cart from an individual Product Page, but I can from anywhere else.

IE9 using Win 7 Home Premium.

IE add to cart should now be working, though people may need to clear their browser cache to get an updated file version first

Update from me. IE9 Item previews now working, add to cart works 100% from thumb nail page, From item Page a double click will add the item without giving one 1 item of type only Error. Should only take a single click.
