i can't feel love without the smileys. smileys disappear when i log in.

8-/

am i missing a preference somewhere? display smileys?

    I've noticed them disappear for a while before, I think probably when doing site maintenance, but they seem to be working ok for me at the moment. I can see yours :-):-)

    Try doing a hard refresh on the page. Shift+browser refresh, or Shift+Ctrl+R

    If that doesn't work, try closing the forums, clear browser cache and then reopen forums.

    SOmetimes even needs browser closing and rebooting to clear it out completely

    OH and make sure enable smilieys is ticked under your reply pane.

    Shift+Ctrl+R magick didn't work.

    well, i'm in safari and ... no smileys.

    i think this means the display smiley setting is from the server and not in cookies/cache

    Hmmm... odd I can see them all. It must be some glitch with the server your connected to or a setting of some type. I can see them in IE and Chrome both.

    I know I've seen a time or two when the smileys weren't displaying, but I'm seeing them fine in Firefox right now.

    Misty try clearing your Bowser cache. THen try a hard refresh on the page. either Ctrl+F5 or Shift+Browser refresh button or Shift+Ctrl+R

    Do you have any addons/extensions running on your browser? You could have something blocking them.

    TBH the site's been a joke since they moved to this crap system.

    If I'm not logged in then I can see smilies, if I log in from the home page then I can also see smilies but I have to be quick as the forums log me out after 10 minutes, if I log in from the forums then I don't see any smilies but I can stay logged in for several hours.

    All in all this site doesn't like Maxthon 3 and web kit.

    Yep same for me, if i'm not logged in i see them fine but they vanish when I log in, it's been like that since the site changed so I've got used to just seeing the emoti words now

    me too. i see them if i log out.
    tried safari(pc), even IE(shudder), dayjob pc, home netbook, toggling enable smilies, toggling hide signatures
    maybe the cloudflare should clear it's cache?

    Something is flaky on the site right now. I tried a smiley on a post a few minutes ago - not working. I see all the smileys from old posts. :-) The store is not showing some images also.

    Edit - Smileys working now, for me. Store is apparently being worked on.
