of anyone know of any sites?
Jeez, no. What you are talking of is tedious and difficult work to do well if one is not really experienced and the really experienced animators are all busily working for good pay professionally I'd think.
You could try BlenderNation or ask around there. You are bound to find more animators using Blender then DAZ or Carrara.
I do know of someone who does custom mocap animations but he kinda went off the rails getting banned from both the DAZ and Reallusion communities.
So just not going to go there.
I never bought his stuff fortunately as he got quite weird about people using it too.
What you can do is what he did, buy something like ipisoft or Brekel and make your own.
Sounds like the infamous "Txxxbones".
Hi
Many variables to consider.
BVH files for what figure rig.??................
To be imported into what program??............
what types of motions (running ,fighting, dancing, idle conversing??).
Don't forget which kind of environment the chars should move!
It's a plain floor or a steep mountain?
Add some more detail!
well im learning animation myself but to be honest most of them suck xD soo i was looking for a animator to do all the more advance stuff things i stuggle on :/
Give me an example of a more advance motion you need
for this project and I will P.M.

I seen a animation in another thread by a person named AuroraTrek and they made a quite nice StarTrek fan animation (the writing was better and funnier most recently produced professional shows I've tried to view recently - lol, not many new shows I have seen though but AuroraTrek writing is a winner). Anyway Aurora states they used mocap. What is a affordable mocap solution for a home hobbyist with just PC and so poor they have only free SW?
Hi Nonesuch
Auroratrek uses an OptiTrack mocap system for their projects, which is around 10k for a basic system once you add mocap suits, tripods, etc.. As far as affordable mocap, there are some products that are below the 2k range that are usable, the Brekel products are good for hobbyists http://brekel.com/ but is somewhat limited in capture space (it uses the new microsoft kinect)
But there's one that is coming out here soon, using the HTC Vive, some new tracking hardware and Ikinema Orion that looks very promising. The downside is that the mocap software has a yearly cost (approximately 500USD) and the vive hardware is around 1.3k or so. I just recently acquired this and soon will post a review of what I think of it (my HMD was defective, so I'm waiting for HTC to get a new one to me), so you are still looking at around 2k
For cost, brekel is probably the lowest you can find
I guess you're talking about Tim Vining's "Aurora". Totally agree, Tim's scripts are way more entertaining than some professional production's ones (especially so called "SyFy Originals" ones. Still can't believe they put a fraction of my money on sheepshift like "Sharknado" and other crap!).
His website includes a glance on his production process (bottom of the page). He also used premade motions made by Nerd3D and SKAmotion, which are nicely awareable within his movies. Unfortunately CBS/Paramount's Fan Film Guidelines would largely prevent another "Aurora" sequel.
i tryed doing mocap myself but my xbox 360 kinect wont work ;c but thanks for all replies everyone :P

Thanks for the links
Thanks for the tips
good job
Just FYI
I am fairly certain this offer of an animation
commission no longer exists if indeed it ever did.
I contacted the OP and started the process
of briefing what kind of animation he needed.
I was a simple walk and turn using G3 Female
after a few email exchanges he went silent
when I visted the domain, from which he was
emailing, I got this:
