legacy installers

Can anyone tell me where I can download legacy installers for my purchases? I am using 4.5 version on Windows 7 system for content creation but have set up a 2nd computer with Studio 4.0 installed so that I can also provide legacy versions for Studio 4.0 users.

Unfortunately, the trx versions of all of my evolution/legacy/expression morphs are the only ones available in my downloads and even the single file labeled as legacy trx will not install properly.

I do hope I can get the proper installers for DS4.0 ........otherwise Studio 4.0 customers will be left out.

Alternatively is there any way to convert DSON files to a file type that can be used in DS4.0?

Is there a Studio 4.0 conversion tool like the one that is available for Poser users?

    I think you can use DS45 to save out legacy format files but I dont know the proper method to do it all as I dont save out clothing or characters with it.

    At the top. Save as depreciated and you can save in the old file types.

    When I saw this, I reset my downloads to check. The installer is still the same, it's just been renamed into DSON Core Installer. The files are still .dsf, so it's still technically a legacy installer. It should work just fine for DS 4.0.

    However, I agree I'd be really pissed off with DAZ if they totally removed the Legacy compatibility with all the things I bought should I need to reset them.

    Deprecated can be used for shaders, poses etc. but not for figure/prop assets.........would certainly make life a whole lot easier if it could!

    I've tried installing in 4.0 using the reset files.......the genesis base products only partially work, for instance I can load basic female character preset but not the base genesis figure......my Gen 3 morphs not installing at all etc. etc. I did spend quite a lot of money to get the genesis evolution products..........sigh.......hope I can get them working.

    If they have to choose between having things work properly for the majority of studio 4 users (which by now is 4.5) and users going forward or those who have not upgraded supported it would be logical for them to go with 4.5 support rather than the outdated version.

    That's really odd. As far as I can tell, all the evo morphs are still DSF since they automatically load from the data folder, which should load ok in 4.0. Have you checked if there's anything in DUF format? Since mine are working just fine (and I recently reinstalled the head and creature creator morphs), I don't really know how to help. Have you filed a support ticket? If you need an older version of the morph installers, DAZ CS should be able to provide you with them.
