I knew how to do it before but its totally gone out of my mind. I know it was a list of whats in the scene and on the right you clicked something to make it invisible in the scene. Someone quickly remind me please.
This is Daz 3 also.

You're talking about setting the surface opacity to zero, right? Go to the surfaces tab, switch your pointer to the surfaces setting (the one between the triangle and the little man) highlight the surface you want to change (for multiple surfaces hold down the ctrl or cmd key,) then scroll through the list of properties to "opacity" and slide it to zero (or somewhere in between if you want a transparent subject.

Under Scene tab each item shows an "eye" symbol. Click that once for each item you want to go poof. Click it again to make it show up. If you want to do this for specific body parts, you have to find that part .

Another option is opacity under the surfaces tab. This option is for those times where the scene tab doesn't quite select the right part or turns too much of a body part off (such as the chest but you only want the necktie to vanish). Go to Surfaces>Specific item (say "necktie") then Opacity and turn it to 0%. Note, however, that not all items have a separate Opacity for each area.
