50% off Deviney?

The newsletter says that if I have the Apocolypse in my cart, other Deviney items are supposed to be 50% off, but it's not showing this in my cart. Is there a special coupon code for this? Thanks

    The discount applies at checkout not showing in the cart

    After it asks for my credit card information?
    Just checked, it just sends me to Paypal. No sign of a discount.

    You have to complete the process (your name, credit card etc.). It'll apply and will show on the tally before you click the final 'Accept'. Doesn't matter if you use PayPal or credit card.

    Sounds like wonderland went all the way through to paypal. If the discount isn't there by then, its not there at all.

    Yes, it went through to Paypal, it was asking me to the accept the order at the full amount.

    This has happened to me too on every one of these kinds of discount at checkout transactions, the discounts are never applied.

    PS Funny on the old site it said I had joined Daz in 1969 and now it says 0...

    I received that newsletter on 2/21. Being that the Essence products mentioned in the same newsletter at 50% off are now 30% off and the sale banner for Essence and the Ron's Apocalypse are gone from the site tells me those sales and incentives have ended.

    I used Paypal.. I made sure I was logged into the store first added Deviney's stuff and proceeded to paypal where it showed the discount.. :)

    Interesting. I was using a credit card. Went all the way through and completed the checkout. No discount. Yes, must call sales tomorrow. >:-(

    So I just called. All they can do is put in a ticket that can take 3 to 4 days! They used to be able to resolve issues right on the phone... What is happening there???

    They decided it was unfair for people who are able to call to get preferential treatment.

    I didn't call, as it turns out, but put in a ticket., and got a notice yesterday morning that it had been received. Three or four days, eh?

    So, this isn't about the artist Deviney, but about transactions not getting through. Well, many other items used the same tech to give discounts.

    Anyway, I hope that Sales will check in with you and give some Shop Credit for the missing 50% if you managed to put the order through before the sale ended. Hopefully you'll get things sorted out. :P
