Cannot add "The Alcove" to my cart

I got the newsletter, clicked on the new freebie to go get it, added it to my cart, realized I was logged out, clicked "Log in" and then was returned to the page

At that time, my cart showed empty, so I clicked to add The Alcove to my cart again, and got the error that "The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1." Logged out, back in, same problem. Cart shows empty both logged out and in. Cleared all daz3d.com cookies, logged in again, same problem.

It's not showing as "Purchased" and it doesn't show in my account. I am a Platinum Club subscriber, and the price updates correctly when I'm logged in or not. Tried it in another browser, still can't add it.

Anyone else encountered a similar problem and have any suggestions on being able to get the cartt to cooperate?

    If I remember right...

    Try adding another item to your cart, and see if the first one shows up with it.

    (If it works, you'd remove the 2nd item).
