Character, clothing and accessories for The Division game fan art

I searched the store, but have not found a good 'urban soldier' like those in Tom Clancy's The Division.  I searched 'soldier', 'marine', and 'army' and looked through all of the results.  Am I missing something, or is anything like this in the works?  Stonemason's Urban Sprawl series would be ideal for a setting.

FYI, the gear shown is very important. A player chooses body armor, gas/dust mask, knee pads, backpack, gloves and holster (strapped to leg).  There are different shapes and styles of each, but just having a relatively close character set that contains at least one of each item would be necessary.  The clothing is wide-ranging, but not military, more like military strength with tough urban style, and would probably not be too hard to assemble from existing assets with modified textures.  For images, search Google images for 'The Division';

The other characters I have been looking for are for Rainbow 6 Siege, which vary widely and are based on special ops from various countries, but that is secondary.
