Pricing Alert- Two Different Discounts, Depending On Your Entry Page
This is a “look out for this” glitch. Found this on just one so far, as I thought, "Wait a minute...that was 50% a minute ago...."
If you go in through Valandar as the vendor (from another product) the Factory Robot is 30%. If you use the gallery from the promo page it’s 50%. Might want to double check prices if you jump off a product page (from the gallery) when trying to see what else the vendor has on sale.
I am going back to check all those I bought yesterday to see if any of the 30% should have been 50%, as I surfed from both the promo page and used the vendor's storefront as well. Compare these two for the Factory Robot.

Both links are 51% for me! Maybe check your log-in. I often get one page logged in as PC member and another not, then log out, close and re-open the pages and it's all consistent :)
I've been posting in the Member's Forum since then, so I'll go clear my cache as it's not a question of being logged in. (Although it says "log out" we all know that can be flaky :) I'll go clear cache and see if it does anything. (Of course they do fix things posted in the forums too, lol)
Edit: Tested: definitely logged in, no difference after logging in and out. Rebooted computer, still has price differences. Now going to clear cache, will reboot again just to be sure.
EDIT: It was a cache problem.
Lesson learned- I am clearing it every day during the MM sale, before I shop. It can keep me from seeing the lowest prices. Might be a good idea for everyone else too.
Yeah, I think I was basically saying clear the cache in a clumsy way!
By that I mean that my suggestion was worded clumsily, not that I think you should clear the cache while wearing oven gloves or a blindfold or whatever....

LOL, I can picture that! Thanks for reminding me about the cache.
Note that this doesn't necessarily mean you're continuously logged in to the store on every page you visit. Nobody seems to know what's causing it or how to fix it, but the store and forum logins do occasionally go their own ways. The advice a few months ago — don't know if it's still valid — was to log out of both a forum page and a store page, then log back in again. This seems to give the login process the required smack with a clue-by-four.
