Copy/Paste... any way to simply DO IT is DAZ Studio?

Sorry... I have a project where it would be handy to copy a figure in the scene with the same Pose and copy him but the only thing I can think of is to make a Scene Subset of it and then reload that into the scene.
I don't suppose there is an easier way, is there?

If you want them to be exactly the same and you are using Studio 4.5, you can use the node instance under the create drop down. You can even specify how many copies you want.

Yeah I would go for Instancing if the duplicates are identical, just make sure you have enough memory as even Instancing will drain your memory pretty quick. Ok not as much as having the actual geometery but still resource heavy.
Not sure if this is what you want, but you can also select the figure in your scene and from the menu bar select Edit > Copy > Copy Figure. Load a second copy of your figure from the content library, select it, then from the menu bar select Edit > Paste > "Paste to Figure(s)". However this only copies certain aspects of the figure like the pose and morphs, but not the figure's clothing or materials.
If you want them to remain identical then of course instancing as suggested above would be better, but if you simply want to start the figures identical but later make slight changes to one of the figures, this would be a way.
If its only the *pose* you wish to replicate, then PoseMaster will do that for you. Load a numer of figures in the scene then copy the pose of one of them and you can paste the pose to 1 or any number of other figures in one go. You can also paste parts of the original pose by selecting specific body parts rather than the whole figure.
If its the figure itself you wish to duplicate then I'd do as you said (save it out as a scene and merge into the current scene) or the advice above. One other option that may work is creating a geometry shell or instance, although I haven't played with that enough to say whether it would work.
Cheers
Oh no, cridgit. I have Posemaster and LOVE it. Thank you for the awesome program, sir.
I think I found my answer with the Send in the Clones tool.
Thanks for helping, though.
