Where can I inquire/make suggestions about the daz3d.com site?

Title kind of sums it up. I'm looking for a place to comment on the new DAZ site. There are things they left out that, in my opinion, are rather important, or, at the very least, to convenient to do away with.

Some points:
1] You can no longer sort items in the different databases in "My Account" by date, or title, for instance. Having a rather large number of items makes it tedious to search through.

2] You used to be able to view an item's related textures and add-ons directly from the item's catalog page. Now you can only click on a single item, maybe two (if the links are valid, I might add), and hope you stumble upon all related items. I recently bought a couple of items, only to find I had not yet found the original, base item. I had to jump through hoops (as compared to the older method) to find and purchase the original product.

There are more problems I have encountered, but I don't know if this is the right place to list and expound, so I don't want to get into a whole list, just yet.

I have never been really successful with forums in the past, and I hate to waste entire days searching through unnavigable Knowledge Bases for items I usually never find any way, so...

If this is the proper method and location, please let me know.
If this isn't, please advise on where and how to go about this.

File a support ticket and direct it to general feedback. That's what we do. The DAZ staff rarely check the forums, unfortunately. :coolsmile:
