Help with texture problem

I purchased Redhouse Christmas Carol and as a related product The Tavern. I attached a pic, but in a nutshell what is not happening is the counter, doors, and shelves which are suppose to be a dark wood stain color are rendering bright glowing pinks and grays and whites! The ceiling and walls and stools and tables are all rendering normally. Any idea what is going on?

Check the specular settings, they’re probably set for Poser. Set specular strength to 0 or to a low value.

I had checked that but you got me thinking so I went and checked the other settings and the reflection intensity was set to 100%. Dialing that down did the trick. Thanks.

I'm guessing that there is a reflection map attached there, too...because that pattern looks like an image file that's been zoomed in too far...

Yes. I did not have an opportunity to check it out until this morning but, sure enough there they were. First time I came across a product that had this problem so I did not know what to look for. Now I do. Thanks for your help.
