Hair: File Errors after Downloading & Installing New Products

Hello,
I just downloaded Gregoria Hair (http://www.daz3d.com/gregoria-hair), and Love Me Hair for Genesis (http://www.daz3d.com/love-me-hair-for-genesis) and am experiencing an error (seen in my two attached files) with each respective "hair content option" when trying to load it to my figure. One error is "One or more files could not be found. Make sure that the content is properly installed. See the log for more details", and the other is "no importer for the file format can be found". I am running DAZ Studio 4.0 Pro (64-bit) and have had no other problems with any of the other hair content options.
Thanks.

The Love Me hair will only work in DS 4.5 or higher as stated on the Product Page.
For the other one, you will need to look at the log to see what the error is, Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File. Are you sure that you are trying to load the hair model and not just a Material file?
Wow. Can't believe I missed that. So, I guess I have to read stuff. :-) Guess I will need to upgrade.
Regarding Gregoria - yes, it is the hair file. I tried loading from "Smart Content", then went into "content library" as well, just to double check that I was loading the correct item. Found this in the log file:
Could not resolve URI: "/data/3DrM/GregoriaHair/GregoriaHairGenesis/GregoriaHair.dsf#GregoriaHair"
WARNING: fileinput\dzassetdaz.cpp(2183): Could not find node definition.
WARNING: fileinput\dzassetdaz.cpp(781): Could not create node for instance.
WARNING: fileinput\dzassetdaz.cpp(634): Failed to create node!
If you are going to upgrade to 4.5, you can hang on to it for the moment, or you can get a refund if you feel you don;t want to do that just yet.
The other one is certainly strange, and DS is looking for a file in the 'data' folder which it can't find. In your download list for the Gregoria Hair, what files did you download. For DS4, there should be a Legacy installer I think, and a DSON core for DS4.5, did you see both of these? If so, it is the Legacy one that you should install and NOT the DSON one.
