I have to agree it is making things quite easier to manage. I also like the fact that we can still categorize inside of Studio without any problems occurring with the DIM.

And the thing's still only in BETA! If this thing is awesome enough as it is, already, then I can only imagine how much better it will be using the full version. :)

I too LOVE this installer! But I have a question; it finally finished installing my (over 2000) items last week, but when I opened it today to download latest purchases, it has for some reason re-set itself and now thinks it has the whole lot to download all over again! I have noticed that it seemed to download some things two or three times (and not in the Updated area), but it seems to have lost the plot this time. LOL!

Any thoughts, anyone? Thanks for the program though, it's brilliant!

I sorta wish it would store your password... it's only me on this computer, and I hate having to re-log in every danged time... but other than that, it is good!

What OS? On Win7/Vista, look in C:\Users\Public\Documents\DAZ 3D\InstallManager\ManifestFiles
There should be a .dsx file for each file installed.

Hiya, thanks - just looked, nothing there. (Win7) ... the folder is empty. What could have caused it all to disappear? As I say, every now and then it seemed to think it had to do some over again when it had declared them done, but this time it's all gone. BUT: the items are installed! If I open DAZ, it's seeing my stuff. (Okay, the DAZ itself tends to crash every now and then when I click on an item, but on the whole it's seeing stuff.) So ... perhaps a bug in the beta? Not sure how I can be helpful, if so, but I can try. :D
