I'm enjoying these very much. Love seeing 2D out of 3D. Nice work here.

    Hi all --

I've been here for a while now. As a so-so visual artist, I'm always looking for ways to incorporate CGI stuff into my projects, whether for reference or actual renders.

I've got a few things going on, but my largest and most ambitious project is Outstanding Pajamas.

DAZ probably figures in most significantly in the still images/concept art aspect (though I'd love to eventually progress some of that into animation). While using the characters for reference, the backgrounds I bring in directly and either allow them to exist as they are, or I go in and alter or sometimes even hand paint over them.

Right now the actual animation that's being done on the series is in Flash. But I thought it would be fun to post some of the artwork here, and who knows -- maybe at some point I'll be in a position to do a toon style animation using the characters.

    Thanks!

These are the android police from the series and an example of a painted background:

Hey, John! It's Borgy from the FB group. I didn't know you used DAZ figures in your work, too. So that's why some of the backgrounds in your art looked familiar to me. Haha! Good to see you here!
