Installed Base of DS?

I seem to recall years ago DAZ mentioning how large the installed base is of DS. Anyone have current figures? Number of DS 4.x users, total users or downloads?

    According to the forum, there are over 900,000 registered users (though I'm sure not all are current and active users). You can find this information at the bottom of this page: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/

    Well, the download link on C'net says over 2 million downloads...but that's probably all versions that have ever been there, so it's probably not all that accurate. (and about 270,000 for the Mac version).

    Another possible indicator - from my order history, I'm seeing about 6,000 (plus - or minus) orders every two days.
