Suggestion for Website Feature

Just a thought: that there would be some form of review or comment section on each product's page...much like Amazon has customer views on everyy product it offers. This way buyers could exhange information with others on the features and uses of a product and makers could get feedback on their designs.

This has been discussed in several forum threads. It just doesn't seem to be something Daz wants to do.

Yeah,   and as I pointed out in the latest thread,  this is the sort of thing that happens whe a rate and review system is available, which is why rate and review is simply not worth bothering with.

And I have said numerous times, reviews are fine for sites that don't have any other way for buyers and sellers to interact.

It might be nice to see a wholly separate, and probably moderated, site purely for product ratings and reviews.

I agree, provided the moderators' job is to filter out abusive or otherwise inappropriate ratings and comments. If their job is simply to censor all unwelcome criticism and act as a smiling front on behalf of PAs, then it's a waste of time.

There's a huge difference in quality between various PAs' work, with some putting in extra effort and extra value, and others...not so much. I've been pleasantly surprised by what I consider bonuses from some PAs, and bitterly disappointedy by what I consider barely adequate (or less than adequate) from others.

Right now, all we have easy access to is the hype and the prices. There's no easy way to tell if a mod is great, good, mediocre, or just plain not worth the money. I think it's time we had one.
