Hi people, I am working with a friend and we need to render larger images and her computer is old, so I need a way to transfer a whole scene from her computer to mine to be rendered.
In Carrara we can save a scene with everything internal as one file and everything run fine. But how to do that in DS?

    Which version of DS?

There's a couple of ways of doing it...but most DS to DS transfers are going to require the same content being on both machines.

Thats the problem, I think we could have the same thngs but sometimes dont, and its only to render faster.
The usual way we need to transfer a lot of files from DATA folder and it will load all my stuff, but this create a mess in my files that I really dont need.
I will try the Collada exporter to see whats happen now.

If you don't have the same content then the license doesn't permit you to render her scenes for her, at least if she's not part of your household (it's unclear whether DAZ will allow sharing within a household as they have in the past, the EULA as written doesn't).

If she is running DS4.0 or newer, then the best will probably be to render to RIB and use the stand alone 3Delight...

I think we have the same content or almost all, but some I dont have installed... Its a very strange thing that I cant render her scene... how this apply to a render farm?
