    Hmm, not too much, because after all I am adopted Welsh, and my late husband was from West Wales. West Walians are well known for needing to have anasthetic before taking out their wallet.

    Thread title led me to believe it was the sound made by someone waking up on the floor covered in vomit after a particularly wild New Year's Eve party. Not that I've ever actually heard it. 8-s

    Then I thought that it was a cry for help with a DAZ problem from someone who wanted to use a less descriptive thread title than the people who simply use "Help". 8-o Personally I find "Arghhh" a more appropriate title for my feelings in that situation.

    But after coming here I now realize that it was simply the Welsh chat line, or possibly a grocery list written in a hurry. Where's a Babel Fish when you need one?

    My last house was called "Pwll Canol". It was always great fun listening to saesneg visitors' attempts at pronouncing it. Although unfortunately it often sounded a lot more like "Poo Canal" :lol:
