Having issue installing Genesis Generation X2

Hey guys, so after 2 days I'm still trying to get Genesis Generation X2 (https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-generation-x2 ) to install correctly, after trying the installer, a manual install, then updating the installer and trying it again, I still can't get the bugger to show up in my plugins to activate it. I have legit been going nuts the past few days trying to figure out the problem, as I know it exists in multiple iterations now in folders the installer itself set up, so why is it not registering even in the app itself (under the install tab). Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
