Hello, would someone please direct me to information about where to install Genesis and Genesis related content such as clothing for us Poser users.
Examples:
Aiko 5
Azumi for Aiko 5
Latex Hero

It has been quite a while since installing Genesis related items for Poser and I cannot seem to recall and the items are not showing up in my runtimes.

Your help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Any writeable Runtime (i.e. not in Program Files under Win7/8/Vista). You need to install both the DSON Core and PoserCF.

Hello Mike and thanks for the reply.

I am running Win 7 and I do have DSON installed I just don't remember WHERE to install items such as the above.

I installed Aiko 5 to C:/Users/Mike/MyDocuments/DAZ3D/Studio BUT she is NOT found.
Also, I installed Latex Hero to C:/Users/Mike/MyDocuments/DAZ3D/Studio/My Library but it is not found.

I am seeking instruction as to where to install DAZ Genesis items for us Poser users.

    Thanks.

In your setup, Aiko 5 should probably have been installed to "C:/Users/Mike/MyDocuments/DAZ3D/Studio/My Library" also, which is the same place that Genesis should be located. You could then install the Poser Companion files there as well, or do as I did, and create a separate folder containing a specific Poser runtime just for Poser Companion Files. You then have to make sure that both of these folders are accessible to Poser (and to DS if you are running it as well).

Nope. I tried installing Aiko 5 there and she doesn't show up in my runtime. This is driving me crazy. I have installed V5, M5 and Stephanie 5 in the past and they are in my runtime but for the life of me I can't remember where I installed them and so now I can't use Aiko 5. Man, am I stupid or what!

OK. I've got it now. It finally came bcak to me. I had to install Aiko 5 to my main Poser directory.

    Thanks everybody.
