It would seem that way but it shouldn't be. Related should refer to other products of a similar style/genre or an expansion pack to the listed product. A related product might be nice to have but not necessary for listed product to work. A required product is just that, a product that is needed for the listed to work. For old timers to this, the current wording may not be that misleading but for newbies and people that English isn't their first language it could be.
