I think you would need to open a tech support ticket - the tools are not generally available for download or purchase.

...which really sucks and is one of the major reasons I still have a working copy of Poser on my system since moving to Daz Studio. Export to OBJ -> Import to Poser -> Cloth Room -> Export results -> Re-import -> Dance a merry jig.

Yep, same here. The sooner DAZ gets proper, non proprietary dynamic cloth in DS, the sooner i stop using Poser 2012, LOL.

Or Poser could implement mesh smoothing and collision, hmmm decisions, decisions.

Actually I confess there are a few things I prefer about Daz Studio, though I can't really compare it to any of the newer versions of Poser. One of which is how it handles lights. Being able to see through 'light cam' is very handy, and in my copy of Poser Pro, point lights are these tiny near-invisible circles, which are hard to select and manipulate. Daz's universal gizmo makes finding tiny objects a lot easier, and if worst comes to worst I can select objects from the scene panel.

Altogether I've had a smoother ride since switching to Daz. Still, the newer versions of Poser might have remedied some of my little complaints, so who's to say whether they remain valid or not.

same here, since i started using DS (DS3) my poser use has dropped considerably. With DS4 and 4.5, I rarely even open Poser 2012. I find that the combo of Genesis, the smoothing modifier and how easy deforms are in DS really make a difference in the speed and efficiency of my workflow. I find that when i do work in poser lately that it feels "clumsy" for lack of a better term.

I don't render in either programs native renderers so lighting is something I really don't think about.

I export to Blender instead...the cloth sim in Blender is actually very easy to use and if you export your posed base figure you can get some amazing results.
