Espadrilles are just called Sandals in English I think, so if you look in the Store here for Sandals - you will find quite a lot of them, the first few are NOT sandals of course:

Shoes exactly like that I can't remember but you can make a pretty good substitute by combining any flat shoes like from (http://www.daz3d.com/day-dreamer-for-genesis) with transparancy maps and ballet sort of wraps like this one (http://www.runtimedna.com/The-Art-of-Dance-Ballet-V4-Toe-Shoes.html)
