Measure Metrics on Genesis 8 Female?

It's been so long since I used Measure Metrics, so maybe I'm just missing something obvious. I don't seem to be able to get it to work on Genesis 8 Female. Has anyone else tried?

There hasn't been an update for Genesis 8. However it does work for me, wwith a couple of "glitches".
Here's what you need to do.
1. Load and select you Genesis 8 figure
2. In Genesis 3 Female>Measure Metrics, double click the "Wearables Measure Genesis 3 Female" icon. You will see the various measurement planes.
3. In Scripts>Utilities, double click the Figure Metrics icon.
You should now have your measurements. Be aware, if you're not, that G8, V8, and O8 are a couple of inches taller than G3/V7.
The glitch: you can't reliability change units after you measure. You need to pick your unit of measurement from the Measure Metrics pane before you run the script.
As far as I know, yes.
It wil apply to G8F. But, it is not accurate and Figure Metrics won't work at all. There is another thread which basically says, "we're working on it...."
As stated in another thread somwhere, this is being updated as we speak and is getting closer to completion.
Thanks, everyone, that's what I needed to know. Fastbike1, I think your method will be fine to get me the basic measurements that I need. I'll see if it works for me. If not, then I can just wait for G8 update. :) No biggie.
Sadly, as I looked closer, it seems that the only reliable measurement on G8 is the height.
