Saya was a interesting trip to the Uncanny valley. And would be a good fit for Mei Lin 8.

They both look okay. Not the most realistic 3d models I've seen. But certainly a notch above what else is out there. Both characters are somewhat idealized.

I had trouble at least distinguishing both of them from real video of real people. They didn't let Saya get talkative & animated enough for me to just how good they did with her but for Mike he was almost spot on in everyway with just the big should coming was for flesh that wrinkled on his face his was too rigid - Russell Crowe's rubber mask makeup to be an on John Nash in 'A Beautiful Mind' has a similar problem. The big problem was that jaw was too stiff the be talking that fluidly and animately.

I haven't see better than Mike before.

I want this in Daz! Check out the way the skin moves - Incredible! And this was done over three years ago!

The most impresive thing about Mike is he is rendering in real time (zero render time!) and maintaing that amont of realism.
