Well the dress is Hongyu's Middle Ages Outfit for V3...

... I would _guess_ it's been manually retextured (shaders perhaps?).
The shoes look like Idler168's Strap Sandals...

... probably manually retextured as well. v(^_^)v
Thank you so much ^_^
The 2nd one is actually 2 Sandals For V4, but couldnt have found that out without ur help.

So I tried re-creating the scene with the said packages and using V4 as the base model.

And I have two issues, as you can see in the attached screen. The skirt part of the dress not morphing with the pose and the shoes not fitting the model (had this since the beginning).
As for the skirt part, someone suggested to try with the Genesis model, and it worked (the skirt morphed with the pose). Though this shouldnt be the case...
But I still cant get the shoes to fit properly. Tried Fit Sandal to model option on both V4 and Genesis :(
How to fix that?
The skirt may have been converted with constrained or other groupings in the Poser cloth room and posed there.
The shoes come with a relaxed morph to make the V4 feet a better fit. Also be sure you have IK turned off.
For skirts/dresses it depends on how the creator set up the clothing model on whether certain parts of the clothing move with the pose or not. Especially for skirts/dresses quite often the leg poses won't follow, but then there should be some so called 'handles' (should be represented as bones of the figure in the scene tab and you can e.g. rotate/scale/move them) or morphs on the skirt/dress part to be able to adjust the skirt how you like. The reason for this is simply that for skirts/dresses you do not always want to follow leg poses precisely as it may look odd - contrary to a pair of jeans for example :) . I don't got this dress you mentioned, so I am not sure how this specific item is designed.
