installation download manager for mac

i have downloaded and installed the new download manager as no one can get their products without it. - It installs but doesn't create a new user/shared/mydaz3d folder for new products at all - instead i have user/shared/daz3d/install manager folder with the program info files/

I had to uninstall manually cos the uninstall program doesn't even work. I cannot find the mydaz3dlibrary folder anywhere on the system as per the directions and tutorial video - at a loss here to sort this one out - anyone else having this issue?

The install manager starts up fine and lists all my products - it doesn't give any other option to select a library to download or install - so i can't work around it

    That is completely wrong! You can still download and install your content the same way that you always did, go to My Account > My Downloadable Products. Have you tried that?

    The install manager starts up fine and lists all my products - it doesn’t give any other option to select a library to download or install - so i can’t work around it

    Have you read the Help files, or watched the Youtube videos that are available? Go to the Ready to Install tab as shown below, and set up the folders you want to store your content in.

    Thanks for the quick response. To be clear once again
    Yes i have watched the tutorial videos
    No i cannot download any of my products any other way because the product download page appears empty and defaults with
    A link to download the new manager so my statement about
    No longer being able to download is true in my case
    Also the manager is a beta program

    As far as the pathway image you have posted its not for a mac
    And i am given a different pathway in the
    directory of the install manager which is
    Users/shared/my daz 3d library
    i have searched the computer and no such directory or folder has been
    Created or exists.
    I have followed the tutorial on line step by step
    When i get to the stage of opening my content library
    Manager in daz and enter this pathway .. It wont find it
    Because it does not exist
    I could create such a folder in my users/shared directory
    That is the only solution i can come up with
    So if the default is installing to a folder that doesnt exist and the uninstall for install manager doesnt even open and i have reinstalled three times what next
    again when i go to my download products there are no options other than download link

    To Download manually click the "My Account" button TOP Right of the forum screen, next to the Logout button

    THen clikc Downloadable Products

    Do you have the items checked in the ready to download section?

    Do you have the box 'Install After Download' ticked as well, if you don't, the items will NOT be installed, merely downloaded and stored.in a folder for you to install yourself?

    In the 'Installed' tab, do you have a seies of files listed, with an 'Uninstall' option in the Status column?

    If you hover your mouse over the items in the Installed tab, do you get a pop up box (I do) which gives a lot of information about the items, where they have been installed to, and when etc etc like shown below. Can you please post an image of what you are seeing?
