Uninstalling Daz3d

In another thread I have detailed a problem that I am having with Daz3d crashing when I attempt to render using 3delight, which I think stated after a power failure..

I have uninstalled via the windows control panel then re-installed but the problem persists.

Is there a more thorough way to uninstall, or some cache on 3delight that can be flushed?

Thanks for any help.

Turn off the Content Manager first.
    Then uninstall D/S.

    Maybe reboot the computer.

Install D/S and the appropriate content installer for Genesis.

D/S will crash if trying to render 16bit images. Replace the images.
