Upgrading from 4.8 to 4.9 -- will custom folders be overwritten?

Hi,

I would like to upgrade from DS4.8 to 4.9 to get the IRAY and material improvements, but I'm nervous about having my custom folder setup overwritten.  I'm old school, so I have always manually installed everything (left-over from my Poser 3 days).  Sometime I don't like the folder structure with some products so I re-organize them into different folders.  So my question is will I have to re-install my content following the upgrade or will the upgrade maintain my current folder structure that I have with DS4.8?  Also, will this cause the CMS to have a 'fit' and prevent 4.9 from running?

The content paths will not be touched. If you use the CMS at all it's wise, on geenral principle, to export user data (from the Content Library pane option emnu>Content DB Maintenance) but even that should not be needed.
