I have that morph for M4
It is a combination of Freak 4, Creature Creator for Gen 4 and M4 morphs (no custom morphs from what I can see in a scene).
I'm pretty sure you can make the same thing with Genesis.

No, it was just a random scene, no names attached. I think it was for "Make M4 look different challenge" on old forums but I can't be sure.
Unfortunately, I don't have M4. Do you have the creature creator morphs for Genesis and do you know how well they match what you have for M4? I don't have them, but I'm just wondering if I can somehow re-create your settings with them before I get them.
The main morph here you need to have is a NosePig and Genesis has it (probably from Creature Creation Morphs). I turned limits off on it to make it bigger and played with regular nose morphs to make it look that way.
Everything else is a play with regular dials for mouth (goes up, wide and with extremely thin lips), nose (big and protruded), eyes (small and close) and ears (elf- or orc-like), and also the shape of the head (I think I just unlocked Y Scale for the head and scaled it down a bit to give it that flatter appearance). Everything else is a dressing but Freak 3-4-5 morphs for Genesis and http://www.daz3d.com/brutes-bruisers-thugs-and-tough-guys-for-freak-5 morphs for Genesis might help if you go for similar feeling as default Genesis might not be lump-looking enough.
But I'm also highly recommending free morphs from here for extra variety.

From what I can tell Creature Creator morphs for Genesis are quite close for that M4 had. NosePig is definitely there and I also used GargoyleHead morph, EarsMouse and EarsDeer from there. Default pignose isn't big enough in its limits but you can unlock the limits and dial it some more, - and because Genesis has smoothing, it looks good. Play with morphs for a tip of the nose to give it proper direction.
I think it won't be hard to create this or similar morph for Genesis. Sadly I don't have GenX or I would just port the morph from over M4 for Genesis for you.

You can use the pig frankie and his suit addon
it is practical and fast!
And if this render isn't urgent, I'd suggest to wait until MM is over - maybe morphs will go on sale.
