Combining Genesis rigs

Is it possible to combine two different Genesis rigs into one? Say I have a dress rig I want to use (and allowed to legally) but it doesn't have arms, and I want to use it for long-sleeved dress. So I wonder if I can somehow combine dress rig with regular Genesis rig.

I haven't dabbled much in rigging, sorry. I haven't tried it but I see a "Property Cloner" on the Property Editor option button. Multiselecting both Genesis and 4 seems to work for making them both show in the PE, so it might be possible to clone rigging parts. If you first need to create a rigging property (I don't think so, but you never know), right clicking on the Rigging entry of Genesis on the PE there is a Create Property.
If none of that works or f it's too slow, I'd say it's definitely possible with judicious copy paste in a text editor. Find both files, unzip them with 7zip, then edit them in a good text editor; be careful that most text editors have a limit on the number of characters per line, but since the mesh is on one line, it can easily overflow and result in a broken mesh; on the other hand you can then load the broken mesh and copy the skeleton from it to a good copy of Genesis (Transfer Utility, IIRC). Thinking on it, it's better to do it on a copy of the files. ;-)
