DAZ Studio 4.9 (64bit) Does not start...have to uninstall/reinstall

Every now and then DAZ Studion will come up with the following error on the QtCore4.dll and will not start.  This is normally after it has been working without issue for a limited time.  If I just try to do an re-install without uninstalling I get an error on the re-install:  dzcoreutil.exe -dvs64: child killed: unknown signal. 

The only fix is to perform an un-install of DAZ Studio and then re-install.  It will work for a few times but then will fail again.

Any clues?  Think I will download 32 bit and see what happens.

    Several people have reported issues like this - so far, unless theer are replies saying otherwise that I haven't yet seen, they have been using Avast or McAfee as their security software.

    I´ve also got the problem. It´s the latest Version of McAfee. It clears the dll files when you start DAZStudio.

    try disabling McAfee, with your system discounnected, and see if that avoids the issue - hjowever, we ddi have another reply, using different security software, so that seems to broaden the scope.

    This is what gets me, been using DAZ all day, closing and opening it and the issue has not reoccured at theis time.

    @McAfee:

    I´ve whitelisted QtCore4.dll, DzCore.dll, QtGui4.dll and DAZStudio.exe. When I start DAZStudio.exe this files are now protected from clearing. - But therefore now other dll files in the Studio-folder are now getting cleared... My workaround now is to deactivate McAfee before I start DAZStudio. AfterStudio has started I reactivate McAfee again. - That works.

    As I found out so far is, that for McAfee LiveScan you only can whitelist single files - not whole directories. - Does anyone know if there ist a possibility to whitelist WHOLE FOLDERS in McAfeeLiveScan?
