Another What Character Is This

Does anyone know what character this is? She's in the promos for Sweet 17 Hair for G3F but I don't recall seeing the character before. Anyone know who she is?

    Hmm wonder why I missed this hair? Great looking character except the eyes - surprising how often big eyes put me off.

    I don't recognize her, she might be "home made"  Sure would like to know though

    To me she looks a lot like Maria  just with a slightly modified jawline
